Service Description

  • Grocery Box provides an online platform for grocery purchases.
  • We strive for accuracy, but we make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our products or services.

Registration & Account Integrity

  • Account Creation: Provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for your account and password.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account. We are not liable for any unauthorized use.

Ordering & Payments

  • Order Processing: We may accept, decline, or limit your order for various reasons, such as product availability or pricing errors.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon order. If payment is not received or declined, your order will not be processed or shipped.
  • Orders will be delivered with in 24 hours from the order processed.
  • If any given product is not available, it will be replaced with the same quality and quantity.  We aim to carefully choose the replacement product.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, once processed.
  • Once shipped, refer to our Return and Refund Policy for refunds.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Content on our website and app (designs, graphics, data, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our material without permission.

User Conduct

  • You agree not to:
    • Engage in illegal activities.
    • Violate intellectual property rights.
    • Upload viruses or malicious software.
    • Collect information from other users without consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • Grocery Box is not liable for any damage (direct, indirect, incidental, etc.) that might arise from using our services, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

  • We try to guarantee the accuracy of all information in this website however this website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any endorsement or representation made and we make no warranties of any kind in relation to the Grocery Box website. We make no warranty that the Grocery Box site will operate on your computer free from errors with no loss of information when transmitting data through the Grocery Box website or server. All information on this site can be changed at any time without notification. Grocery Box offers no warranty that the use of this site will not result in the "infection" of computers with Internet based contamination such as, but not restricted to viruses or "Trojan Worms".

  •  Grocery Box reserves the right at any time, without notice to modify, suspend or terminate operation of this site, block users from accessing the site or to interrupt the operation of the site.

  •  While we strive to provide the exact weight of each product as listed, variations may occur. In the event of a weight discrepancy, we will make every effort to provide the closest match. If the exact weight is unavailable, we may substitute the item with a similar product of equal or greater value to ensure you receive the best possible value for your order.

  • If you are unhappy with any of our products we will attempt to resolve this with you to your satisfaction. If the issue cannot be resolved we will happily offer a replacement product or Grocery Box store credit for the value, or partial value, of the product.

    Money-back refunds are not available. However, under exceptional circumstances Grocery Box may choose to do so on a case-by-case basis.

    If you are signed up to a Subscription, you agree to get the deliveries in  the selected intervals. It is completely Customer’s responsibility to Pause or Discontinue subscription before the delivery date. Customers that miss to set Pause or Cancel subscription are not eligible for refunds.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
